Business Process Re-engineering

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is part of a methodology designed to transform the way business processes work in order to improve performance around service, cost, quality and speed that ultimately benefits an organisation. BlaPau methodology aligns appropriate business processes to the organisation’s key focus areas and establishes the business framework against which the appropriate organisation structure can be defined. Depending with the nature of the organisation and complexity of the processes involved, Blapau consultants use either the ”Brown Paper Approach” or Visio mapping software.

Our specific interventions cover the following:

✔  Processes and Systems Review – “As is Analysis” of existing processes and systems
✔  Design of the “Could Be” and “To Be” processes
✔  Workshopping of the processes to ensure alignment
