BlaPau methodology aligns appropriate business processes to the organisation’s key focus areas and establishes the business framework against which the appropriate organisation structure can be defined. Depending with the nature of the organisation and complexity of the processes involved, Blapau consultants use either the ”Brown Paper Approach” or Visio mapping software.
