We assist our clients with crafting strategic plans (Long term – 10 years, Medium term – 5 years and annual plans) from scratch. For most clients with existing strategic plans in one form or another, Blapau is well positioned to assist organisations and departments review and align their strategies accordingly. Our role will involve planning and facilitating effective strategic planning workshops and compiling strategic business plans. Once the strategy is in place, we assist our clients translate the strategy into implementable strategic initiatives through the development of organisational scorecards and cascading them throughout an organisation or department.
